Terms of service

These terms govern access to PXRNSTXR, account creation, memberships, livestreams, messages, digital media, custom requests and other services. By creating an account or purchasing, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Eligibility and account

You must be legally allowed to access adult content where you live and must keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend access for fraud, charge disputes, abuse, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

Personal licence

Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable and revocable right to access the purchased content through the account that paid. Downloading, recording, screen-capturing, sharing, reselling, reposting, scraping or redistributing content is prohibited. Technical protections and visible or embedded identifiers do not transfer ownership of the content to you.

Creator and user conduct

Do not send unlawful, threatening, non-consensual, abusive or discriminatory material. Do not request or distribute content involving minors, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, or any person who has not freely consented. Report suspected abuse through Support.

Memberships

Membership prices, included benefits and monthly credits are shown before checkout. Starter is €19.99/month, Exclusive is €49.99/month and Premium is €89.99/month. Benefits can include livestream access, Shop discounts, credits and subscriber-only messages as described on the membership screen.

Unused credits remain on the account according to the displayed credit rules. An upgrade changes access when confirmed; it does not create an unlisted mid-period credit grant. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The library and already-granted credits remain subject to the rules shown at purchase.

Private sessions are currently unavailable. A disabled or unavailable service cannot be purchased or booked.

Digital content and withdrawal

Shop media, protected library videos, pictures, custom videos and messages are digital content or digital services. At checkout you expressly request that delivery start immediately and acknowledge the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, as recorded against your order.

Where the withdrawal exception does not apply, consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal period under applicable law. This page does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Contact Support promptly with the order ID if you believe a withdrawal right applies.

Prices, Bitcoin payments and refunds

Prices are displayed in euros. Crypto payments must use the unique BTCPay invoice generated for the order. We do not activate access from screenshots or from a transfer sent to an unrelated address. The order is fulfilled only after server-side payment confirmation.

Refund requests must include the account email, order ID and BTCPay invoice ID. Approved refunds are recorded against the original EUR order amount and may be affected by mandatory law, network fees, fraud checks, delivered digital access and the withdrawal rules above. No promise of a refund overrides a mandatory consumer right.

Bitcoin payments are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. We cannot reverse, cancel or claw back a transaction after it confirms. Where a refund is due, it is issued at the operator's discretion as a EUR-equivalent credit, wallet balance, or a return transaction to an address you control, less any network fees, and is not guaranteed to match the BTC amount originally sent if its market value has moved.

Copyright and takedown requests

All content on this service is owned or licensed by the operator. If you believe content available here infringes your copyright, or that your image appears without your consent, send a written notice through Support identifying: (1) the specific content and its URL or location, (2) your contact details, (3) a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and (4) a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorised.

Valid notices are reviewed promptly and infringing or non-consensual content is removed or disabled. Repeated or fraudulent notices may result in the notice being disregarded and, where applicable, referred to counsel.

Privacy policy

Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection can be sent through Support. State the account email and the right you are exercising. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary session and security cookies are used to keep you signed in, protect forms and maintain checkout state. They are not used to sell personal information. If optional analytics, advertising or embedded-media trackers are added, they must be listed here and blocked until valid consent is collected.

Browser controls can delete or block cookies, but doing so may prevent login, checkout or protected-media playback from working.

Adult content and age verification

This service is intended only for adults. A checkbox or self-declaration alone is not a sufficient French age-verification system for pornographic content. Before making adult content available to users in France, the operator must deploy an age-verification solution meeting the applicable ARCOM requirements, including privacy safeguards and the required independent-provider separation.

Until that system is operational and documented, do not treat this page or the current login declaration as legal compliance. Users who are under 18, or who are not legally permitted to access the service where they live, must leave immediately.

Complaints and mediation

First contact Support with the account email, order ID and a clear description of the issue. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved, the operator must identify the competent consumer mediator and provide the mediator's name, postal address and website here: [Mediator details to be completed].

For EU consumers, any legally required online-dispute-resolution or out-of-court dispute information must be kept current. Do not publish a mediator or platform that you have not actually joined.
